Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MACHETE pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain jewelry and hair accessories must remain in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it to your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original MACHETE pouches and protective packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
